I’ve played second map (gullywash) instead of Monog, because he had internet connection problems.
can someone please explain all the mercs and why the screenies and the score dont match on granary ?
the score on granary was 4-5 for us as they won one round unfairily when we tried to pause the game as one of our teammate had serious connection problems. I suggest we play granary again. gg on gullywash though
Have to agree, the 6th round on granary was won unfairly, since they didn’t even have the ETF2L config enabled. We couldn’t pause the game since one of our players had technical issues.
I believe that we should play the map again, since it would be fair to both parts.
Half of their team rage-quited after the first map but the other half have found mercs to replace them. I don’t know why they didn’t write it here. Granary was a problem, because after end of the round (it was 3-2, rep won it so 3-3). They wanted to pause the game, because one of the players has timed-out. The config was bugged so they coudn’t pause. We had to exec the config again with timelimit 12 and it ended 2-2 – the final score was 5-5
They had a really bad behaviour, were extremly vulgar and we were waiting for the gullywash begin 25min
The player timed out during the 6th round and were therefore not played fair, we wanted to pause the game but couldn’t until you fixed your config and we could pause after you won the 6th round.
Please do define how the fx. members acted vulgar to your team. I only recon one of our merc raging out a bit because the config didn’t work and we lost the round because of that which I find that he is in his right to when the servers settings isn’t optimal.
But we could discuss this back and forth forever and never end this “conflict” I still think we should play granary again.

You probably couldn’t pause the game but we have won the 6th round fairly, because the Rule 1.6.14 says:
If 1 player of a team drops from the server, the game may be paused at the end of the current round (or when both team’s intelligence is in their base on CTF maps) to allow the player to return. That means that you can pause the game only at the end of the round, so our win at 6th round was fair.
And if you want to define how some of your players were vulgar, I have screenshots.
Hmm isnt that against the rules that u play a match with wrong configs? huh?
I agree that that was our fault, it wasn’t our server, we had to find some really quick. The config wasn’t wrong, it just wasn’t latest updated.

That would be Represents-Gaming that have to upload those, since they hosted the server.

I agree, i was a bit offensive – however, with due reason, represents-gaming members didnt have all the things mentioned above, and in steam friends chat one of ’em was a douche. It was not an old config or anything – it was just a couple of the most important (crits, rounds limit, time limit, weaponspread) enabled.

We dont have demo of STV,because STV didnt record the match

I think that is not in rules.. or i didn’t found it.. Than we did not record it.
1.6.3 Every player has to record Demos
Every player is supposed to record Demos of every map and keep them for at least 2 weeks. A player and his team who can’t manage to bespeak a requested demo will be punished.
It’s true that this does not mention the STV, it’s just that it makes things a lot easier and every player don’t have to upload their demos.
This is the only place the STV is mentioned
1.6.10 Only authorized spectators allowed
No spectators are allowed unless they are authorized by the league or for the use of a Source TV.
And where is the rule: You must record STV demo.. It only say that every player must record the match and the second is about spectators and stv.. not about recording stv

After reviewing the demo I have decided the following –
The result for cp_granary stands at 5-5
This is because a pause was not requested in the round that Team Effects lost a player, you contested middle and did not make any mention that you needed to pause until after the round ended. If you ever find yourselves in this situation again, make sure that you tell your opponent that you need to pause BEFORE you try and pause the game, and as a gesture of good faith, do not contest the current capture point. If you try and pause the game and it doesn’t work, tell your opponents this straight away in a calm way.
Represents-Gaming recieve a minor warning for an incorrectly set up server
If you provide a server for a game, it is your responsibility to check that it is set up correctly. This includes making sure the correct config is installed and has not been altered in any way.
Both teams will not receive a warning for their behaviour THIS TIME, AND THIS TIME ONLY
The abusive messages were unacceptable, if either team insults their opponents again I will have no hesitation in giving you a full warning for it. You narrowly escaped receiving a warning this time, do not ever behave like this again!
