   We accept phy (http://etf2l.org/forum/user/11198/) to merc as medic for executive order.

   As executive order agreed he is only allowed to play medic and nothing else.

   After reviewing a demo I have awarded a 5-0 default win to Talents are Rare on cp_obscure_rc2. The ETF2L config was not execed on the server, when Talents are Rare asked Executive Order to do this, they were ignored. Executive Order receive a minor warning for an incorrectly set up server.

   Also, Executive Order must be very careful in future to avoid spamming in-game chat with messages, or insulting their opponents in warmup and other chat. They narrowly avoid getting a warning for that this time, I will have no hesitation giving them a warning in future if they act like this again.

   Why would this matter? They won the map and there is no goal difference in the league. What a pointless exercise. 1-0, 5-0, 50-0 it makes no odds.
