At 7:30 GMT when we joined up they had all 6 players present within a few minutes, at one point soon after they lost one guy for reasons I’m not entirely sure of, I assume computer problems.
Anyway after waiting a good 15/20 mins for a 6th player at 8:00 GMT they still had 5 people on their team and unfortunately due to real life commitments from myself and Raoul we lack time this evening. Running 30 mins late wouldn’t allow us to complete our matches at that rate anyway.

and apparantly rescheduling is a very bad think and should never be used.
really, we cant help it so we get a default lose and we cant do anything about it and drone wont discuss it with me.

As you all know, this would be a VERY handy default win for drone. Yes, you have the right to claim one, but for the sake of sportmanship, is it impossible to reschedule?

Look guys, if we wanted the default, we would of done it earlier.
We waited 40 mins for these guys and they still didnt have 6, and we couldnt of waited any longer.
Our only active demo has to go on the 19th for like 4 months, and we already have 2 games scheduled for next week, and can hardly play any more.
So just leave us alone, it wasnt an easy choice, we did argue for ages on mumble about it. :(

It was more like 20:40 CET, because the status SS was taken at 21 CET and it shows our last guy having been on for 21 mins. And thats within the time limit. You had 6 until about 20:35 CET and then didnt have one for the rest of the time, until people from both teams decided to leave at about 21:10. And that is still 20 mins after the latest time the match should of started, according to the etf2l rules.
Basically, we had 6 at the latest time, and you didnt. And dont say we would of been able to play if we were all on on time, because we didnt know he was gonna drop, and we were fully in the rules by the time we had 6 on.
I’m sorry if I’ve caused any inconvenience but my old ass computer decided to die on me round about 20:45 like 2 seconds before we were gonna ready up and play the match. Both teams had all 6 on the server at the time and Drone was ready to play. I couldn’t alt tab but I still had audio so I told the rest of the guys on mumble that I had to reboot and I told them that it would take at least 12 mins because my computer is shit but instead of 12 mins it took maybe 20 so there wasn’t anything I could do to help. When I got back around 21:05 I was told what had happend during the time I was away and why the Drone guys had to leave and I can fully understand if you’re a bit annoyed.
: Hi mb we aren’t annoyed at you guys, at the end of the day these things happen, but I’m the player that is moving to France for 4months on the 19th and the teams only demo, so this obviously makes this season a bit tight on time with us playing two matches next week which is why rescheduling is very difficult, obviously if we could of stayed on the server longer we would of but it just became to late to start as we would not of been able to finish or maybe even play it at all. I’m really annoyed at the circumstances as i really wanted to play the match.
warmaster you say you want a fair competition, but is it really fair to make us wait that long? we were prepared to play against a merc but one was not found in time. I have nothing against the Onlinegamer guys they were really nice about the whole situation which is why we spoke to an admin about it and why it was a hard decision to make.

I’m sure you can find the time to play an hour long game in the next couple of days within your apparent tight schedule. what times have you got free?

We are allowed to claim a default just as you are allowed to have a div 1 demo. No rules broken, no harm done.
Just a shame we didn’t get a chance to play you it would have no doubt been a fun match. We will organise a pcw soon if you guys are up for it?
what the fuck :D if you have time to play a pcw then surely you have time for an official?!
the pcw will most likely not be with our full team since, as explained quite clearly before, our demoman is leaving very soon
