I think it’s less about how much you need to play to have wrist pain, and more about how wrong you’re holding the mouse.
many factors are involved, it’s also about the movements you make when you play. like moving only your wrist instead of moving the whole mouse when you move is the worst you could do but it comes natural, at least to me. or it’s also about the height of your desk so like your whole position when you play. you can get away with carpal tunnel but wrists cysts are as painful.
and pay attention when you lift those heavy weights you all claim to do 8)
Finally a way to increase my winning time
60 cm per 360 rocket jumps gives me wrist problems :(

This, all dem bench presses with wrists bending back are the worst for your wrists.
Take care of your wrists so you can keep on doing them sick plays. Also, if you have time, foam roll your forearms, it helps with tension on hand/wrist.
