Im looking for a scout mentor who has some experience and how I can improve my skills .
I recently started playing scout , I think I know basic stuff . I have over 800 hours played on tf .
get more experience honestly, not sure if you’re american and have played in na before but you should really just find a team and start playing, a mentor won’t help a ton at this stage. there’s also a lot of material on youtube you can watch, or look at demos from good players –> http://etf2l.org/about/demos/ you can never go wrong with schocky or saemzi
edit: i guess it might be hard to find resources as an inexperienced player, if you struggle finding videos/demos you may as well add me
