I wanna get into competitive scout and I need to know what i need to work on.
You got ~800 hours in tf2, just play the game
Mentor is the guy who’s going to tell you stuff you’re doing wrong so you can improve on it
Watch prem/invite scout demos, learn and remember what they’re doing -> do the same -> get better
As for now, learn the game and play dm/scrims with your team (If you got one) play mge until you’ll get bored
If you’re bored and you don’t want to play, you won’t improve at all
Having fun while practicing is the most important part
/thread
time played is largely irrelevant the other bits are sound though. Other than MGE being boring and cancerous and DM played properly can be more beneficial.

dw casa, spammy has no idea wtf he’s talking about.
Here are a few scouts you can message for mentoring:
Permzilla
Stark
Sideshow
e-thug
mike
kos
You could try watching Demo Reviews on youtube.
Kermit (youtube name: Three Suns) does them often.
Know what you want to improve first.
Focus on what you want to improve and work on that only and then when you’re satisfied, you can try improving something else.
If you want to add me, I can guide you through some stuff, I’ll just pretend you don’t know anything and we’ll go through the basics up to the more complicated stuff.
I can also provide some youtube links and some other guides + fps configs if you need those as well.
