Who is Roaming soldier and who is the pocket soldier?

In 6v6 who is the roamer-soldier and who is the pocket soldier-how do you tell, also why so?
first of all, thanks for making my day :D romania soldier
the pocket soldier sticks to the medic and protects him, he usually equips a shotgun to kill people faster
the roaming soldier watches the flank and goes for suicides, he usually equips the gunboats to take less self damage from his rocketjumps so he can jump around and be annoying
