every good team should have tactics and also every class should have objectives so not sure how we can help you especially when you gave us a demo from lobby
i didn’t watch the demo but it’s a payload and you are a scout so your main goal on blu is pushing cart, trying to push the flank when you can’t push the cart and play with the team, not alone
on defense rushing sniper when it’s possible, sometimes look around your sniper to keep him safe and hold flank, when you need help on flank just call it and someone like soldier should help you
also you can watch demos from higher division players and compare their playing style with your
and also v2, playing tf2center probably won’t help you in getting gamesense, would be better to you to start playing pickups or even better play on a main spot with your team, or both :D
