it’s not about dodging damage at all, it’s about significantly reducing damage or at least trying to not get hit by directs in a tradeoff over middles or roamer v roamer
Let’s not get stuck on the surfing thing. What about shotgun vs. demomen in DM for example? Is this acceptable now?

If a solly uses shotgun he should expect to face stickies. Doesn’t really make sense to use 2 weapons when you want your opponent to only use 1.
