Find one sens and get used to it. (i prefer a low one for scout but its about taste)
Good music and just play DM
MGE a bit if no dm servers are up

and have to agree that strafing is so so.
be under 25 yo.

Play dm everyday (play the amount of time you want, but play relaxed, if you don’t feel comfortable stop playing) and what saemzi said, learn to track well in dm, and don’t change your sens often.
