How to train sniper aim?

So I’m a scout but I want to get better at sniping to help my team when off classing. I can get picks here and there but I still want to improve, what’s the best why to train my scope aim?

Practice.
Lots of practice.
No real other way of doing it – playing Quake will help to an extent, but again thats just another form of practice.
play call of duty and farm gold weapons (you need 100 headshots so its really good practice)

What’s the point of playing another game to train your aim for Team Fortress 2? Sure it’ll help, but wouldn’t it be a lot better to just practice on TF2?
Just play on pubs with sniper.

Don’t know on what kind of pubs you’re playing, but in the ones I’m playing they’re actually trying to dodge and not walk in a straight line.
