Yes. Mirelin and Huhy are both from different countries, so they don’t have the same language anyway, even though they are both Baltic countries.

Russian is the only de facto official language in both of those countries, so I guess it’s plausable that they are speaking Russian?
Russian is not an official language of any Baltic country, though the percentage of Russian population in the countries is pretty high due to historical facts.
