i dunno what to say but 1 thing thank you so much. would anyone by any chance know of a good tracking map that i can use when im on single playe.( when i mean maps in singleplayer i mean maps such as tr_walkway, tr_newbots, tr_aim etc…)

Why dont you just play loads of 6v6? Much more effective
6v6 + dm + mge = good scout

Any map with moving bots with host_timescale set to 2. Increase host_timescale as you become more confident in your aim.
DM is much better to practise, but this is a good warm-up at least.
u can track with every sensitivity no matter if 90 or 10 cm per 360
just stay calm so your hands arent getting shaky
also make sure u are using a decent mouse and mousepad

They’re not too good for practice – play a PUG or something (maybe even a lobby if you don’t feel like using a mic).
just wondering what hud you guys use. atm im using omp’s hud.

i have 1 last problem tat has been bugging me for a few days and i want to know how cab i prevent myself from flicking alot cause everytime im doing mge dm or 6v6 i always seem to flick and im trying not to but it still flicks and it really annoying and im not the kind of guy who flicks alot i only like to trace but flicking just happens and i dont know why
