How to deal with heavy on mid?

its juz sooooo annoying, especially on gully
let alone teams that run heavy all the time.

Win the middle before he arrives
Take the height advantage and get loads of cap time and spam him out

Focus the demo and scouts down hard before he gets there. Also got he opposite side of where he is going. His damage output is lower at range and you should be able to outspam him ;).
All of the above, but specifically it’s probably most advantageous to go up right side as that forces the heavy to come left, which is the easier route to spam.

Like everybody else said: Get on them before the heavy is out, focus on the heavy once he’s out. Shouldn’t be too hard if your team is the least coordinated
