broken backpack - game crash

After 28 april update, whenever I want to change my items (in main menu and while in-game) for example demo from sword to stickies, I exchange items and when I click ‘close’ game starts to lag for 3 seconds and then crashes.
I get a message hl.exe has stopped working (Vista).
I tried reinstalling the game, backup game files, and running the game at -dxlevel 80, 81, 90, 91 but nothing.
Any suggestions?

Do you use a custom hud?
I have the same problem and i use Numlockeds HUD, so i hope he fixe it fast :>

I also use numlocked’s hud and i didnt even know that was connected

Thanks, I deleted Numlocked’s hud files and replaced them with m0re’s hud and now it works :D
