Weird stuttering on trails, rocket, projectiles

I have this weird thing going on after the update, its not interp related, I’ve tried practicly everything. When I shoot a rocket, there is some kinda delay on the rocket, and it stutters before it hits anything. Its kinda hard to describe so here you go
