Yea, I get the same error, getting really annoyed doing a pug/scrim and getting disconnected :/
I have same problem , it started after last update , so I hope in next they will fix it.

Did you try to delete client.blob? Try that to see if it works.
Try disabling your windows firewall – it might be conflicting with your antivirus software.
I had the same annoying problem and this fixed it for me.
