Strange 'ding' sound only in TF2

I have no idea what is causing this but I am getting a strange ‘ding/beep’ sound at random while I play TF2. I spent some time catching it on fraps last night http://dl.dropbox.com/u/103270/strange_ding.zip (only 1.1mb) after I fire my last pipe you will hear it ‘ding!’
Any idea as to what it might be because I have no idea ???

It’s the sound of your shield recharging, isn’t it? :s
I ruled that out already and have tested with only tf2 running.
Yeah it defo is the shield recharging. You took 30 damage from the first direct rocket, and above the recharge bar it says “2 Heads” :D

That’s the sound when your shield is recharged I think, the same sound is used for the medic autocall.

Yeah its the sound jarate makes to.
I think it means that the shield is recharged.
