can this please be changed to Sunday not the Thursday :) Thanks muchly

I’m not an admin but i just read all the comments.
I can see you suggesting Sunday, and after that orks say they can play Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday.

Then thursday was chosen. You never said you couldn’t play then, and it looks to me like orks implied they’d rather not play Sunday (Because they suggested Monday – Thursday after you proposed Sunday.) That does not seem plucked out of the air at all.

So once again: If you don’t want a default date at an inconvenient time for you, you should let it be know that it’s an inconvenient time. Noone can guess that.

Also, it would be a wise move to start scheduling a amtch before the schedule deadline is over, that prevents these kinda things. It’s your responsibility after all (as well as orks’ ofcourse.) The admin team only step in when, for whatever reason, you fail to schedule the match.

Besides, default dates aren’t set in stone, if you can agree with orks to play on Sunday, that’s most likely fine.

Sunday is still the default date, if it is sensible. As DeNeusbeer already said: you suggested sunday, after that orks say they can play monday, thuesday, wednesday and thursday, what implies, that they can’t play on sunday.
Therefore it would not have been sensible to choose sunday as a default date.
