TF2 massive fps drops

After installing RocketDock and Rainmeter my tf2 gets 20-30fps usally I get arround 80-140fps When I installed rd and rm everthing was fine but today i turned my pc on and went to play some tf2 i got these massive fps drops any1 got any fixes or had this kind of problem before, I have tried to uninstall both of them it didn’t help

you sure you didn’t have anything else running in the background? like updates?
are you using the new steam beta? steam cloud sync?
if un-installing them hasn’t helped then it has to be something else.
check your console for error messages if you are using an fps config
I just got both of those yesterday, rocket dock is fine, imo rainmeter is a bit dodge, ive uninstalled
I’m using the old steam version
the only messages i get in game
maxplayers set to 24

Fixed can be closed
Erm It actually changed my whole configs i dont know how the fuck and typed in like fps_max 30 and shit like that I was actually about to reinstall windows, so i used my backup configs and just rewrited them.
