I hear it very often. Luckily I don’t have these issues (and after deleting the tf2 folder, steam cloud magically put back my settings which was good since I didn’t backup :P ), I had like around 5 separate people on pugs having that issue. Nasty one that is.

Dauk is using this bug as an excuse for failing.
I thought the lag when dieing was the broadband company punishing me for downloading avp, glad it wasnt just me lagging when i died!
and how to do that, you just exit steam ?
Steam, settings, in-game, untick “enable Steam-Community in-game”
