Err I think the images speak for themselves (they’re pretty big 1920×1200)

I tried turning all textures etc to low and turn everything else off dynamicrange/bloom anti aliasing, switching to bilinear instead of trilinear filters, don’t have multi-core on (switching did nothing), I also switched between resolutions, but nothing seems to have any type of impact.
So… any ideas?

Alle andere games hebben geen issues, TF2 opnieuw installeren is wel een optie, maar misschien geen oplossing.
@ schrootbak: zie specs :)

this happened to me once when my graphics card was overheating
When working full speed 60 deg C is the highest my gfx card hits. Again playing crysis (2) on 1920×1200 does not result in the same garbage :S. I at first thought it was my gfx card (overheating) as well, or that the connector was just being a bit lame. Neither seemed to be the case.
I’m reinstalling TF2 now, but no guarantee if that’ll do anything.

after each kill/death theres a huge fps drop, like taking screenshots. wp valve
Just played a game and I get that, but every time I shoot. Unplayable.
I had a few strange stuff going on yesterday during our first cup game, every time i killed someone or got killed i had massive lag and for some reason was hearing that damage sound every 2 seconds even when i was in the spawn doing nothing. Really strange stuff :((( well see how it goes today…
For everyone getting lag, look through your advanced multiplayer settings and turn off everything with steam cloud

A few driver updates DX installs and TF2 Removal/Reinstalls later: it’s done and everything seems to work again :S
Thanks for all hints tips and all that good stuff :)
check your GPU temperatures

check your GPU temperatures
They’re stable around 50 at ‘idle’ 60ish when going in full
