how much upload speed would you need for a competative match and mumble running at same time?

also the question if someone puts a upload QoS guarantee would i still have a stable ping if he starts uploading alot?

mine runs smooth as ever with 0.49MB upload (10MB down)

Also for your 2nd quesation if he uploads alot but you have unlimited upload then itl be fine, might be jittery when you stop uploading and go instantly to tf2/mumble.
