So basically I used PLDX movie config to record .tga @ 90fps, the 30sec clip went really slow (like 10minutes). Anyways, I opened files in virtual dub and used LAGS codec and saved as avi. Then I opened up the .avi I just saved to see how it looks and it looked horrible, the fps was max 5.
uhhm, how do I fix it ? : D
the reason why when you play the video file it appears to be laggy is because its such a large file your PC cant cope with it.. When you export from Vegas or any software there you can render, it compresses it so it plays normally again.
1.8 gb
Well there’s your problem :P Your hard drive can’t keep up, try compressing it when rendering in vegas, .wmv compression is pretty easy to use.
