Hi everybody i maked a tf2 server and i have some problems
1st ) – i cant say anything from speak menus ingame

Hey, This isn’t really the place to be asking for help with TF2 servers, its more for things relating to the league and the site, but anyway, i’ll help:
It sounds to me like not all of the games contents are there. Did you setup a dedicated server using hldsupdatetool? If so, re-run the update tool and try again.
