Can't reach any admin

We play in the BBall 2on2 Cup and our enemy writes to me that
they can’t play against us because one of their players aren’t available
for 2 weeks.
I tried to use “Contact Us” on the “About” site and I cant write into the Challenge Forum and the Challenge request.
Our enemy said to us that we will get a default win but I can’t reach any
admin. Help me please.
(Our match is the match between Racoon.BBall vs. SCHLAAAAND in the 2nd Round)

Hey,
best method to contact us by using IRC and the !admin command there.
Anyway, please copy+paste the logs your opponent mentioned giving you the Default Win, and it will be entered.
yes defwin is right, my partner is gone on holiday without telling me that before the cup :(

As mentioned before by dAy, the best way to contact the admins is by joining our IRC channel, #etf2l on Quakenet. All you need to do is type !admin and this will alert all of the admins online, if possible, don’t pm an admin directly! I’ve had a few where I’ve been afk for the night and people have pm’d me directly and not got a response :( :( :(
