hey, so recently i made a report against a team we’ve played against in an offi, for toxicity, racism and breaking pause rule. an admin said they will investigate these issues. after a week, i reached out again, and they told me that the pause rule break won’t be punished because of its circumstances, but they will investigate the toxicity/racism privately, and will not disclose anything to me. why is that? has anyone got experience with this kind of thing? let me know, i’d love to hear stories.

update: i asked them why this is the case. they basically said that they do this because they do this, and when i called them out on their stupid answer, they started ignoring me. many days have passed since. apparently the silent treatment is a proper admin response
