Getting best recording settings in tf2

Hi guys, i’ve made a fragvid and just got a few thirdpersons to add to finish it but lawenas not working and i just wanted to see if theres a way to get high quality footage using just the base tf2. Thanks in advance
also i recorded my demos in lawena at 480fps. is there a way to do the same in tf2
