Best fps config for dx9

Matchmaking is gonna need dx9, so I need to change my config (currently maxframes)
What is generally the best fps config for dx9?
I switched to chris dx9frames cfg (changed some options for better gfx though) not too long ago, can’t complain about dropping ~30 fps in average compared to maxframes, still getting sufficient ~200 fps in intense mid fights, depends on your system though
I recommend Chris’ dx9frames from http://clugu.com/tf2mate/.
