[Meta] What are the skill levels?

So i am new, i’ve posted on the recruitment tab. But then i did take a look at the skills, and i quickly did a google search. Nothing. So I picked open, since i accept invites.
Which one should i have picked?
Open < Mid < High < Prem
Open is the lowest, prem is the highest. So yeah, picking open was a right decision for you if you're new to competitive.
