is all your drivers up to date?

I reinstalled windows few weeks ago, and had simialr problem.
the problem solved after i installed the all the latest drivers..

So this shit is still ongoing, obviously, but I think I realized it wasn’t just a random occurrence that the problem stopped for one day: it wasn’t because I deleted sound caches, it’s because this problem does not occur when playing comp. Only on pub servers.

So what the hell could be causing a problem 1) in pubs only 2) that is sound-related? Is this about sv_pure? Because one of the first things I tried was deleting my custom sounds and it didn’t work…
