Activating halloween mode on comp servers

So I tried using the Eternaween (an item that’s supposed to activate halloween mode for two hours on the server) but I got a message saying it can only be used on registered servers. So is there some other way to activate halloween mode and is it allowed?
For example there’s a console command you can use to activate it: “tf_forced_holiday 2”

No idea, I don’t recommend using it since it is just annoying. I don’t see any problem just messing with it though. And why do you want to have it turned on to count your strange haunted shit?

The archimedes team I’m buddying would probably appreciate it, and the medic’s halloween cosmetics are really naise
