Hi , for start , sorry for my bad english , im french , im learn english at school , i hope what i say will be understand :p
So , me and my friend want to start League on TF2 , but the problem is , im vac banned on a game (not a valve game , so i can play on every game) , so , i can playing league in tf2 with a vac ban ?
I ask that because i was banned from a cs go server because of that , im connecting to the server and i was banned by a bot for “VAC BAN” .. ‘-‘
Getting a MW2 vac ban should still allow you to play ETF2L
Quoted from rytis
you do realise a cs:go vac ban transfers to all source games as well? inlcuding tf2
He doesn’t have a CS:GO vac ban tho

if you can join any vac protected tf2 server then you can play in etf2l

nvm i’m an idiot I misread it
I have a VAC ban as well, and came clean with it to the ETF2L admins. They just wanted to see If I could join TF2 servers with VAC on it, and they were cool with me playing in ETF2L. So give them a shout instead :)
I also have an VAC Ban. A VAC Ban in those games will affect your TF2 experience :
•TF2
•CS:S
•HL2 Deathmatch
When you get a ban in one of those, your whole inventory get deleted as well.
A VAC in CS:GO, MW3 or any other game don’t and will not effect your experience in TF2

Just to provide some official clarification. If you can join a VAC-protected TF2 server, you can play in ETF2L.
What perm said.
Also as Drotalion mentioned; CS:GO bans doesn’t affect tf2. Despite using a modified version of the source engine it’s released after tf2 and has a separate section of a vac ban.
Also items you buy in the store will not be removed if you get banned from tf2. Other items like drops etc will however.
Lastly, “This is evil evil”. Never thought i’d find a steam account older than mine :)
