Here is my question whenever I try to connect to Steam from my uni wifi I can only use offline mode cause it says Connection Error.
This is because my uni network only allows some services/protocol for security reason. I wonder if is there any way to bypass this?

There are loads of VPN providers out there. Make sure that it offers Port 443TCP OpenVPN as your uni cant block it(it´s the same port as HTTPS). Ping will be higher(normally 30, with VPN 60-80 on NL server) , but I´ve already played 6v6 matches with VPN on when I forgot to turn off or when the routing to the gameserver is REALLY bad)

example: nvpn.net, ovpn.to ,airvpn.org, proxy.sh (sometimes monitors traffic with wireshark, but if you don´t do any illegal stuff^^) or privateinternetaccess.com (very cheap but US based-NSA)
