help me with starting with competitive tf2!

Hi, my name is AXLplosion, I’m 12 years old and I’m from Finland. I don’t actually know where to start, I would like to create team for example, but I don’t know what it requires.
If there is anything else I should know, just let me know :)
PS: my main class is pyro.

I suggest you read that guide by Kkaltuu and watch some Div1 or Premiership matches in youtube.
I guess you know that pyro is almost useless in 6vs6, so your playmode would be Highlander (9vs9)

Yes I know that pyro is not best class on 6v6, but doesn’t matter, I like highlander.
