Changing resolution with hotkeys?

Is there anything I can use to set hotkeys so I can change my resolution (keeping the same refresh rate) on the fly? It would be extremely useful to me.
Googled fast.
bind [key] r_mode “1920×1080”
No idea if it works
Oh, sorry. I actually meant in Windows not actually in game.
