in TS/raidcall and in other programs my ping is normal but in mumble always this problem …
how i can fix it ?
dont say about internet or pc(lol) , also sry for bad english.
have you tried TCP mode in mumble options?
Make sure your tf2 has a higher priority then mumble does

mumble have “High” and hl2.exe(tf2) have “Normal” , so i need to change mumbles high to normal or ?
your internet is shit.
I had this problem, either upgrade your internet or you wont fix anything

if its actually bandwidth problem then you can easily fix it just by lowering bandwidth to minimum

true but your mumble quality will be terrible

Following your reasoning using FPS configs would be useless because the game would look terrible!

ts/raidcall might not use as much bandwith as people have set in their mumble… since mumble allows huge ammounts of data per client (like about 7kB/s) it can stack if many ppl have it at max.. no fix for that i suspect…just getting better internet or maybe finding mumble server with low bandwith cap so you dont get overwhelmed
mumble does not look like it has quality/speed cap for incomming messages so scratch what i said about setting quality – not possible ;]
