RIVATUNER stole my fps

Was trying to help friend and tried rivatuner program http://tf2scout.blogspot.com/2009/07/high-lod-picmip-hack-for-tf2.html
was really dumb to install it on AMD card….
But did everything like here http://tf2scout.blogspot.com/2009/07/high-lod-picmip-hack-for-tf2.html
and after that i realized i might f*ck my pc. So i quickly made 15 to 0 again, deleted program.
When i entered tf2 my fps went to 90-160++ bouncing.
Before this program i always had 300 (because was capped on it to prevent screentearing)
Help me get my 300fps -always- back.
I hope i didn’t BURN my GPU :|||||||
Please add me and help

just fuck it, man. i have a decent mid-high end pc and i won’t get over 200 even with the shittiest settings, deal with it.
Nope, without cap it used to run up to 1,6k fps, ITS HIGHEND PC

I’m not exactly sure what the program does, but perhaps try reinstalling TF2? Moreover, you can go to Control Panel, Programs and Features, Uninstall a program and then find the program you installed and remove it entirely.

why using rivatuner when there’s MSI afterburner?
You’ve probably changed some setting with rivatuner and forgot to change it back. Uninstall your graphics drivers, reboot, reinstall them, done.

This could be a mid-high level pc
I love how I get 300 fps stable on max settings in portal 2/half life 2. But can barely maintain 200 in TF2 with highframes config.
I guess the hat’s are very performance demanding :P
