Multiplay server renewal

I couldn’t find a way to renew the server with the etf2l discount applied, it seems that i should pay the full price, but i think there clearly should be a way because i can just rent a new server with the promotional code at a lower cost.
Contacted multiplay admins, thread can be locked.
support.multiplay.co.uk – log a support ticket with them and ask.
