Hey…

I have been having a ping problem over the last 2weeks or so. I phoned up my provider to see what the problem is. After a conversation of about half an hour we had tried all the basic stuff to fix it. After testing the line at there end it showed a speed of 16mbps. Also checked at my end it was the same. It’s driving me crazy looking for things that could be causing the problem. Has anyone had the same problem? Can anyone help me please? my current provider is Sky. Im using Windows 7.
