the Div plugin?

I tried to put the ETF2L div plugin on a server and its not working, even though the plugin seems to load just fine. I put that other plugin and extension stuff as well.
Requirements:
tDownloadCache to update the data on a regular basis.
One of the these extensions to actually query the api: cURL, SteamTools or Socket.
TinyXML to read the XML api.
check the version of the everything and check if its installed properly

Make sure you use the correct version of TinyXML for your server os.
