Inernet keeps disappearing.

Hey. I started having a problem recently it’s that every 40 mins or so the internet disappears for like 1 second and then comes back. but it’s extremely annoying in some pars. so anyone has a clue what could it be?

I think it’s something with my pc. It’s really annoying let’s say when you’re playing guild wars, because let’s say as soon as it disconnects your game closes it doesn’t matter if it’s just for a second. :/
I downloaded the internet, and burn it on DVD, so it’s always there when I need it.
