Can't alt+tab again..

I added -nod3d9ex to my launch options so that I could see my mumble overlay and so that I could use DXTORY to stream, and now if I alt+tab I can’t go back into the game. It selects the program in the taskbar but doesn’t actually tab in properly.
Any idea how I can fix this? Would really be appreciated.
I want to run in fullscreen because I get a much, much better FPS while doing so.
This problem can’t be fixed.
Took it out of my launch options and I’m still having problems. :(
I had this problem (or something similar) if I didn’t remove -dxlevel xx from launch options.
