so I’ll describe my problem here.

Somehow, lately, every time i open a program, usually a .exe file for a game or an application, the thing won’t run, but it shows up on my task manager. I have to kill the process and restart the application for it to actually work. It doesn’t affect stuff like MS office stuff, but things like, say, TF2 or SC2 or even dota 2 and ME3 all have to be killed and restarted before it works.

anyone have any idea wtf is going on?

nope, yes, nope.

But it doesn’t just affect games, even stuff like, say, Logitech Setpoint wont run untill i kill and restart it.
