I have been having this problem for sometime, now it has got to the point were i want to pull my hair out. When I go to trade with people it will not open the window it will also not let me speak to friends etc without alt+tab’ing out of the game! Does anyone know how to fix this, Thank you in advance!

Yea it is enabled, I keep checking everytime It doesnt work!
