Multiplay does not apply 50% discount

I was going to rent a Multiplay server using the banner on the right (50% discount). But instead of applying a 50% discount they only apply a 20%.
Is it an error or the banner is outdated?

[18:50] the general prices for the servers have been lowered
[18:50] so multiplay reduced the discount as well
[18:50] we are aware of the problem
[18:50] and requested a new banner
[18:50] but they are taking its time

no doubt it’s MP that has to change it anyway. it was always impossible to contact them, in fact, i’ve been trying for the past month about the most basic shit and they are yet to reply. nice promptness!
so, in summary, even MP has problems contacting MP. not a huge surprise.
The conversation has been with an ETF2L admin.
