Possible glitch

On pl_badwater you can get on to the roof opposite the main 2nd point defence setup. I was wondering if this counts as a glitch in ETF2L matches? Here is a screenshot taken from the position http://steamcommunity.com/id/Boomboom544/screenshot/488878704759719632.
While it’s a glitch and guess it isn’t forbidden to use this spot as there are literally hundreds of these hidingspots all over the standard 6v6 maps. Just have a demo spam stickies up there and you should be fine.

Funky town! Best thing is putting tele up there as engi if the enemies are stupid enough.
