Can the steamid be modified after registration?

We are trying to make a team and we just have this doubt. Is it required?

It is not required to have your own server. You can use other team’s server and if neither of you own one you can borrow an ETF2L server for official games.

I have a friend who put a wrong steamid in his account and he can´t modify it.
Any solution?

Request an admin (link above) in IRC, they will be able to change it for you.
