Highlander Latency Question

Hi, I want to enter the upcoming Highlander competition. However, I am from Singapore. So I am wondering if my latency will be extremely high (500+) if enter the competition servers. Or are there any competition servers that are located in Asia?

If there are enough asian teams joining (8), a div for them is maybe possible. Otherwise yes, you have to play in Europe servers with 500 ping (or American servers with 500 ping)
And those other possible asian team are probably from Japan/Korea so you would have about 200 ping again, I think.
Asian servers are more orientated towards 6v6, with prominent leagues such as Asiafortress. But you’ll be hard pressed to find a shred of 9v9 over there, and the interest for 9v9 usually comes from pubbers, which gets lost amongst the huge elitism competition going on over there.
