I have some older RS120 and wondered if the 180’s are a big improvement.

The only real issue with the 120’s maybe not enough bass for me personaly, Wondered if the bass on the 180’s are any better? As in listen to drum and bass, jungle, hard house or dubstep kind of good.

the 120 are 106db
the 180 are 110db so guessing they dont pack much more punch.

Yeah looked at that as well, they look to have better response ranges but still doesn’t give me a real life perspective.

Was merely stating that the punch doesn’t seem to be much better.

Not worth the upgrade. Maybe the RS180 drivers will be slightly better, but you are still stuck with the recompression system that is used to send the music wirelessly via FM.
